Process

  • To understand the investment, you can submit your Litmus Test and resume for a complimentary assessment via the Free Review link.

Once this brief submission is completed, you’ll have the option to schedule a call.

We will provide a detailed review (this typically takes 24–48 hours) of your resume, including feedback on its strengths, areas for improvement, and an overview of hidden job opportunities available to you.

During the call, we’ll discuss your preferences, and you can confirm your selected services.

  • You will receive an agreement outlining the details of our collaboration.

If you agree to the terms (and we welcome any questions), you can sign and return the agreement for our signature.

Once both parties have signed, we will issue the invoice, enabling you to proceed with the bank transfer.

  • After receiving the invoice, you can make the payment using your preferred method.

A two-tranche payment option is available for the Golden Snidget package.

For our American clients, we offer the option of bank transfers in dollars via wire or ACH to our U.S. account from any U.S. bank.

For our European and international clients, we accept wire transfers to our European account in euros or dollars.

  • Once payment is received, we will begin work by sending you a questionnaire.

This list of questions is essential for your resume improvement and includes information on specific metrics (e.g., percentages, amounts, or timeframes), notable achievements, expanded responsibilities, and any other accomplishments that highlight your value.

We understand that certain aspects may be covered by an NDA or that specific, measurable results may not always be available. Therefore, responding to our questions is optional.

  • In addition to being a linguist, our founder is a former legal HR professional and former headhunter, giving her a deep understanding of what recruiters expect to see in a resume.

She will personally draft your documents and send them to our U.S.-based linguistic team for proofreading and editing as needed.

    The editing team consists of:

    • Editor: M.A. in English Literature and published author in the U.S.

    • Chief Editor: Ph.D. in English Language and Literature and university professor in the U.S.

We do not deliver drafts but polished documents. However, you are welcome to request additional edits or ask questions after receiving them.

The first round of edits, as outlined in the collaboration agreement, is included in the price.
